Xiaomi Mi Home Theater




Today Xiaomi has held a special conference where it unveils a few home media gadgets. One of them is the Xiaomi home theater, which is thought to be the upgraded version of Xiaomi TV host. The only differences are the added surround sound, subwoofer and accessories.

The Xiaomi Home Theater sports a Mstar 6A928 quad-core processor with Cortex-A17 architecture, 2Gb of RAM, and 8GB of internal memory. It supports Bluetooth 4.1, dual band WiFi 802.11ac, 3 three HDMI 2.0 ports, a VGA port, an AV interface, a DTMB analog signal interface, and USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports.


As for the packaging, the Xiaomi Home Theater comes with 4 built-in Soundbar surround speakers, wireless speakers, and a subwoofer supporting Dolby + DTS double decoding hardware level. Like the Xiaomi TV, this home theater comes with PatchWall pre-installed that allows users to find or create pictures and print them on anything. There are also Youku, a video hosting service, as well as Sohu and Tencent. Thanks to variety of ports and interfaces the Xiaomi Home Theater is compatible not only with TVs, but also with projectors, monitors and other equipments.

As you see the Xiaomi Home Theater is great in terms of hardware as well as in terms of supporting content. Therefore it is one of the most attractive home theaters available in the market.
